The owner, Carrie Boos is known for her love of hunting and sharing those experiences with her children, Blake and Autumn. The family has always enjoyed hunting and processing their own deer every year.

Carrie enjoyed working for Terry and Cheryl Hartcraft of the former Hartcraft Deer Processing for 4 years and discovered she loved the work, environment, meeting all the hunters and all that goes into running a deer processing facility. Her dream came true this year as she took on the adventure of opening up her own processing plant. With the help of her husband, family and friends, they made it possible to open in time for the Youth Deer Weekend in fall of 2013.

Carrie is known for her outgoing, enthusiastic and hardworking personality.
